Operation

The Duty motor is selected by poitioning the selector switch to the required duty and a pilot light indicates that the appropriate motor is running. In the event of an overload condition causing the duty starter to trip the standby unit will automatically come into operation as indicated by a second pilot light.

Auxiliary Contacts

All PAY, PCY & PEY Starters

No spare auxiliary contacts are fitted as standard.
1 additional contact block can be fitted to each side of Duty 1 and Duty 2 Contactors.

Overload

The starter is supplied without overload relay. This should be selected from the Westmaster Overload range and ordered separately.
